Jo's passion for animals was something that started when she was young, having been a horse and dog owner for many years. In 2006 she decided she wanted to learn more about animal behaviour.

Jo undertook Stage 1 of the Equine Behaviour Qualification (EBQ) at the Natural Animal Centre (NAC). With her desire to learn more, enthused, she went on to complete the next 2 Stages of the EBQ and Stage 1 of the Canine Behaviour Qualification. She is continuing her studies at the NAC and is now studying consciousness in horses.

Jo has been running a local business, Redz Hair Stylists since 2003 and while her commitments continue there, 2009 saw the launch of her career as an animal behaviourist. She now consults with horse and dog owners throughout Suffolk in an attempt to fulfill the mission statement she shares with the NAC:

Jonathan Mitchell works alongside Jo, he is an animal behaviourist at the Natural Animal Centre (NAC). He started his career in animal behaviour 7 years ago, he has now completed the Equine Behaviour Qualification (Stage 3), the Canine Behaviour Qualification (Stage 2) and the Feline Behaviour Qualification (Stage 1) at the NAC. He now works with Jo seeing animals and their owners for consultations in Suffolk and the surronding area.

Jo & Jonathan are registered with the Natural Animal Centre, fully insured
and work under veterinary referral.
